Setting Tables in Reports

Hi,

 

i've got a List of Objects (Java) in my Application,

and I want to print them as a table in a JasperReport.

 

I have these Objects (in fact they are measure values) as a List (List<MeasureValue>) and also as a Java TableModel (cause they are presented to the user as

a Table in my application).

 

What is the easiest way to put them into a report?

That measure value table can but dont have to exceed

a single page.
