jsmetz_juneau
This is a really good (ie., really helpful) article. My only problem is the connect string. The compiler is telling me it cannot find the connect string. I can't find it among my JDev config files either. This statement on the article's first page - "The JDBC connection 'OracleDBConnection' is available as a JNDI resource 'jdbc/OracleDBConnectionDS.' This will be used to retrieve data from the database to generate the JasperReports report." - doesn't make any sense to me because I don't know JNDI. If I could figure out how to use my usual jdbc connect string to my Oracle DB I think I would have it all figured out. Any suggestions?
