The type java.lang.CharSequence cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files/*^1 errors at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.design.JRAbstractCompiler.compileReport(JRAbstractCompiler.java:191)... swood_1 Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 As noted in this issue http://community.jaspersoft.com/jasperreports-library/issues/3498-0 the JRXML compilatrion issue you were facing is fixed in JasperReports 6.0.
