Calculated Fields not showing in Studio

In JasperReports Server I have some calculated fields.   When in Studio these fields do not show and I cannot include in report design.   Does anyone know how to show?

Hi ,

Please check the points below.

• The placement of the elements with calculations in the correct band
• Check for the PrintWhenExpressions if used.
• Check for the evaluation times for each of the calculations could be found in the properties

What is was trying to explain is that when I am in JasperServer domain editor I created a calculated field called "BRI_Staff_Member_State" which looks at the answers given in another field to return a result: Like this.

 

 

if(public_clientvisits_521.bristaffmember_c2 == 'Joe Blogs','NSW',if(public_clientvisits_521.bristaffmember_c2 == 'Peter Pan','VIC'))

 

But when I am in Jaspersoft Studio looking at my Dataset this calculated field does not appear anywhere.

Chorsell, I did not see a solution to your problem. I have a calculated field in my query but it does not show up.
