alaguchitra.s Posted September 19, 2014 Share Posted September 19, 2014 Hi,I had a requirement where i need to hide two columns based on a condition.When I hide the column space appear in between the columns.Is there a way to remove the space in between the columns.I am not using a table,I am using a textField for forming the reports.Please provide a solution on this one. Solution darth_fader Posted September 20, 2014 Solution Share Posted September 20, 2014 The table component is the way to do this; otherwise you're dealing with a classic absolute positioning issue. If you can't convert to a table and this is a must have requirement, look into a pure java solution. Also there is Velocity/Jrxml dynamic template approach.
