Is there such a thing as Apache Tomcat 1.7 or higher?

A Learning Management Systems provider states in their Reporting Server installation guide that the Prerequisites for Jasper Web Server are:

Apache Tomcat 1.7 or higher

JDK 7.0 or higher

JRE 1.7 or higher

I don't see that there is a critter called Apache Tomcat 1.7 in my Internet searches?

They probably mean Apache Tomcat 7.0 or higher.

They probably also mean JRE 7 or higher too even though JasperReport still doesn't support JRE 8. So, if there were using JasperReports, they should have said JDK 6 or 7 and JRE 6 or 7.
