How do I make the Oracle driver permanently point to specific jar file

I am moving from ireports to jaspersoft studio. When I create multiple oracle connections, I have to manually point the oracle driver to the jar for each connection. Is there a way to set it once, so that when I create a new JDBC connection and select the Oracle driver it automatically finds the jar?

Jaspersoft Studio is just Eclipse. Check the following Q&A on adding default jar to all projects.
