Is there any way to continuously filter a report for the last 48 hours?

I have a report with a date field which will be used by multiple people. Is it posisble to set a pre-filter so that the report always filters the date field for the last 48 hours? The individuals will be checking this report on a daily basis every 15 mins or so, so the data has to be updated at all times and the filter has to be applied all the time.

Just have a Date type as a parameter to your report and filter your datasource using the parameter.
