Jasper Report Permissions to particular group in clarity

Hello All,

In Jasper server from Clarity, I have a custom folder and it has one report in it. I gaave permissions on a FOLDER level to limit the users who access to the folder.

Belowa re the few detals.

1. Default roles has assigned with "NO ACCESS" right

2. From the folder permissions users are given "READ ONLY" access to run the report. 

I tested for few users and works fine. But one of the user is not able to see the report in the fodler. (User can view the folder but not the report in it)

Your input are appreciated.

1) Check if the report or folder doesn't have user level permisions set. There might be something different for that particular user.

2) Check the Roles that the particular user has assigned. Maybe the user has some extra roles compared to other users that conflict with your permissions
