n_phatangare
I started using JasperServer enterprise trial edition. I have created 5 reports and rendering them using VisualizeJS in parallel. I am seeing very bad performance, just rendering 5 reports it takes around 35 to 50 secs. Are there any known limitations on using trial edition? hozawa
No. Trial editions are just commercial editions with trial licenses. This is what you'll get even if pay for it.For the bad performance, the bottleneck is usually the database. If you have huge data to process, it'll require more time to generate the report too. n_phatangare
I don't think this is the case. I did database profiling and report monitoring using Jasper monitoring reports. Let me give an example for a single report with profiling readings.Query Excetion time - 2secsReport Rendering time - 3secsTotal Report execution time - 12secs. If query takes 2secs and report rendering 3secs , then why does it show total time 12 secs. I am not able to figure out where it takes remaining 7secs.
