mariordabreu_1
Hello Everybody! Im using Jasper iRerpot 5.6.0! and my problem is that my page got too many details, but the client dont want the details to get in little squares, just in one big square per page, so the final record and the first record of then next page look something like this : | 10 | demo | 10000| | 20 | demo 2 | 10000|So what I want is that under my "10" record put a line that shows the end of that "box of detail" can someone give me a hand? Thanks!
reportdev
you can try creating groups and then in the footer, use line element to distinguish the groups.
Solution hozawa Posted January 4, 2017 Solution Share Posted January 4, 2017 iReports 5.6.0 was had some bugs so I'm not sure if this will work but as reportdev replied, you can just create a group and put a line in group footer and page footer (if you need to put a bottom line on each page). FYI, the current JasperReports design tool is Jaspersoft Studio 6.3.1 (but I'm using 6.3.0 but 6.3.1 doesn't fully work on Ubuntu). I'm doing want you want on my documents so I know that it'll work with Jaspersoft Studio.
