Issue:
Unable to create ad how views in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. In doing so, you may get the following error:
"There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators"
You may also get the following error page "This page isn't working" in Google Chrome when trying to create ad hoc views.
Solution:
Certain add ons or browser extensions can cause this issue such as ad block, ublock origin, or Last Pass. In this specific case, Last Pass was causing this issue. Try disabling all add ons or extensions in your web browser to see if this resovles your issue.
