Is there a way to change the letter-spacing?

Resolution:

Unfortunately there is no way of using existing components to achieve what you need. However, there might be a chance that could satisfy your needs, though with a considerable amount of work: in JasperReports there is a feature called "Custom Components" that you can define your own visual components and fill in them with data. It is explained in detail in JasperReports Ultimate Guide. That said, it should be a task involving a significant amount of time and efforts. And since it is your custom developed component, its effect and stability is not guaranteed by us. The suggested way is to engage our Professional Service to see if they are able to offer the implementation for you.
