Invalid license. Professional Commercial license expired on 25-10-18 00:59

It does not work.

Is it why my error message is slightly different? Or is there another way to get this fixed?

My error message is regarding Enterprise Commercial.

Please provide full error, screenshot demonstraring the issue and License number you are using

New to JS, would you mind being a little more specific in clearing the application server cache. here is a screen shot of my error.  

 

My Error is:

license Failed

invalid license. Enterprise Commerical license expired on 10/1/18 7:59 PM

Please contact JS Tech support

We had to provide the updated jasperserver.license file, cleared the 'work' and 'temp' folder in jasper tomcat folder and restart the tomcat.

Then it worked.

But we did not need to delete the .jslic file.
