Hello,
We're upgrading to IE 10 from IE 7, but, when we view our Jaspersoft reports and views, the toolbar icons are invisible -- they are there and functional, but they are colored the same gray as the toolbar background.
They work in IE 7, in Firefox 28 and Chrome 34 (see attached pictures for sample of IE 10 vs Chrome 34).
Has anyone found a fix to make these icons display properly in an Internet Explorer browser (ideally in IE 10 or IE 9) which was previously not displaying them correctly?
I understand that the simple solution is just to use another browser, but we're trying to make this work in this particular browser version.
Thank you

How can we achive it.
Problem statement : "Client sholud allowed to open reports and should download them whenever he access the server."
Urgent need.
There is pretty good starter documentation on the community wiki:

I'm also having this issue where the icons in the tool bars don't show. I've tried it on IE8, IE10, FireFox 24.3.0, and Chrome 37.0.2062 and it's happening on all of those browsers. The JasperSoft Reports server v5.6.0 is hosted by a vendor. They don't have any issues when they log into the report server. I've even tried disabling our McAfee firewall settings and the icons are still missing. If I hover the mouse over them, the alternative text shows up. Has anyone figured out the solution?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
