Can we put condtional scroll bar option for a report in dashboard designer ?

Hi,

I have three drill down reports . And i have designed a dashboard including these three reports . In dashboard designer either we can show or hide scroll bar for a report . But my problem is that I have two reports for which I can hide scroll bars but for another report I will get  more records sometime and less records ( to display ) sometime , now i want to hide scroll bar option when i get less number and show the sroll bar option when i get more number of records.

I hope i make sence.

Is it possible to implement this conditional scroll bar functionality in dashboard designer ?
