newbo
Hey,I'm putting together a POC using the Maps Pro software and I have a small generator to just shove out some sample data. It's pretty simple: AA, 123; AB, 234; AC, 345;.....ZZ, 123.However, while I can get the USA map to show this correctly, I'm having issues with the states. The counties seem to be designated by two letter codes (XX) similar to the state abbreviations. However, when I feed my sample data to it, nothing seems to match up. Where can I find what each region maps to? Is there some kind enumeration perhaps? And are countries similarly abbreviated--UK for United Kingdom, RU for Russia, etc? or is there an enumeration for that? Thanks in advance.
Solution mgeise Posted October 30, 2013 Solution Share Posted October 30, 2013 You might try looking here: http://docs.fusioncharts.com/maps/I see something there called markers that seems to cover what you are looking for.
newbo
The markers were not what I was looking for, but I did find it in the Map Specification Sheets. So thanks for the answer!
sure919
Hi Matt, any pointers to get markers displayed on the Fusion Map (trying in JS 5.5), it looked strange to me, as the X,Y values were considered as coordinates rather than latitude or longitude. thanks, Suresh
