Incomplete Print

Hi all,

Previously I used HP D1560 printer to get printouts so that the Jasper Reports worked fine with it. I recenlty changed my printer to HP D1000, there I get incomplete page prints. The Jasper Viewwe shows everything perfectly, but once I print it I get a partial page printed. Some parts are missing from the right side. It seems the fonts are stretched and enlarged unexpectedly.  I know this is due to changing the printer. But why the Jasper Reports not supporting for the new printer ? Please help.

Hi fernanado,

I think there is some issue in the page setup, maybe changed printer supports diffrent page format. You could change the settings, set the page size there .

You could reach page setup FILE(from the menu bar)------> PAGE SETUP

You can edit the page settings there.

And if this not works then you could change the page Format if required.You could reach the page format by 

Right click on the report name node and select the Page Format . But I think PAGE SETUP might just do the trick.
