filter on aggregated field

Just purchased Jaspersoft on AWS and couldn't figured out how to apply filter on an aggregated field.  Let's say I have two tables

Users Table with UserId, FirstName, LastName

UserData Table with UserId, DateTime, Value (for each user, there exists multiple user data).

In UserData table, I was able to create Value field as a measure.  So on a report table, I'm able to display the sum of all Value for a particular user.  However, if I want to add a filter on Value, it is only able to fiilter the Value base on each row withinin UserData table, not the aggregated SUM of the value.  Is there any way to add such a filter within JasperSoft's portal or via iReport?  If so, how?

Filtering on an aggregate value can be done in the Crosstab ad hoc view if using Jaspersoft OLAP (not included with Jaspersoft BI for AWS) as the data source, or in JasperReports at the query with the GROUP BY and HAVING clauses. This link may help: http://www.w3schools.com/sql/sql_having.asp.
