Cannot connect iReports to Oracle Database

I just installed iReports on my Windows 7 computer. When I try to define a JDBC connection to an Oracle Database I get this error:

ClassNotFoundError!
Msg: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Possible not found class: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Is there some additional setup to do in order to be able to connect to Oracle?

Thanks
Francisco
