rakesh2kv
Hi, I installed Jaspersoft server 4.7.0 and iReport 4.7.0 . I wanted to connect to MongoDB 2.2.1. I downloaded the mongodb connector plugin. I have not been succesful connecting to MongoDB with both the tools. From iReport, i tried to add connection like.. mongodb://computername:27017/testdb.. without any username and password, I get an exception: Error: jasperreports.engine.JRException: cant call something : computername/192.168.125.20:27017/testdb.. I don't understand why computername is being replaced with computername/192.168.125.20.From JasperReport Server I tried to add a data source with mongodb://computername:27017/testdb . without any username and password.. i get .. connection failed. I dont see any error why the connection failed. My testdb is windows authenticated. Please let me know if i am doing anything wrong or any issues with the MongoDB version I am using. mdahlman
Great! Note that the MongoDB plugin is already available in JRS 4.7 and iReport 4.7. so you don't need to install it separately.
