iason Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 Hello all,I am trying to work with studio and mysql.It seems that all attempts to connect to the databse return this error:ClassNotFoundException: com.mysql.jdbc.DriverI am also using iReport 4.1.1 which is working fine with the same database.It is a local mysql database, 64bit, on windows 7. iason Posted September 3, 2011 Author Share Posted September 3, 2011 SOLVED (partially)For some reason the jdbc jar file is being deleted from the driver classpath.Can I overcome this by adding it by default? I have mine working, but can't preview the reports now. I had to stop working with it to try other parts of my project at work.
