Dashboard crashes

Hello,

I've created a dashboard including multiple reports depending on multiple parameters. Now I have to include an image at the top left of the dashboard. First I liked to use an img-tag in a free-text-component of the dashboard. As soon as I want to view the dashboard, the browsers (IE and Firefox) keep crashing. As an alternative I tried to include the image using a report, which loads the image from the repository. (rep:path) However, as soon as I include this report in my dashboard, the browser (IE & Firefox) crashes if the dashboard includes input control elements. CPU usage gets up to 100% and the usage of memory gets up to 100% as well until swapping happens.

Is there probably another way to include an image to avoid this behavior?

Thank you in advance.

A better apprqoach might be to put the image in the correct location in the file system (for example, C:\Program Files\jasperserver-pro-3.5\apache-tomcatwebapps\jasperserver-pro), then create a Custom URL pane that calls the file. For example:

/my_image.png

Hope this helps,

Kristen
