I am planning to use iReports with Jasper Server for Scheduling reports in Solaris OS. So Jasper Server installable version is available for Solaris. Is this combination is compatable? tkavanagh Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 Unni, As you have found, JasperServer runs just fine on Solaris. However, there is not currently support for an installer that runs under Solaris. So, that means you would make sure that your Solaris machine already has instances of java, an app server (such as Tomcat) and a database server (such as MySQL). You would install your JasperServer instance following the steps in the Install Guide PDF.
