huge html file ??? demosamplesjasper

When I am creating HTML file for above mentioned demo - I am getting file bigger than 1MB :-/

 

but the PDF for the same is just 95KB.

 

Any idea, what is wrong here ?

Keep in mind, HTML isn't exactly an efficient format, none of human readable formats are. You probably get 1-5(10) ratio of data-syntax (for each byte of data, there are 5 or 10 bytes of html syntax) ... something like that.

PDF, on the other hand is binary and possibly compressed... so there.
