I downloaded TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.8.0_bin.zip then unzipped but could not find sqlserver_master.properties in Subfolder ( jasperreports-server-cp-7.8.0-binbuildomaticsample_conf ) as mentioned in article ( https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jasperreports-server-source-build-guide/v780/source-build-setup-other-databases ) . How to download sqlserver_master.properties for Jaspersoft Server Community Edition (7.8) ?

It is not that it's missing but rather that it is not provided for the Community Edition. The installation of the WAR supports postgres and mysql only and those are the only two sample files provided.
