Creating a multiple page report in Studio

I'm new toe Jaspersoft Studio as we are evaluating it as a replacement for Oracle Reports.

Many of our current reports are multiple page forms. I’ve been to create simple ones using a report book.

The issue I’m running into is when I need multiple 3 page forms.

Say the form is for a product the client purchases. I want to enter the client as a parameter and then have 5 3 page forms print out in order.

So far I’ve tried using subreports, but they print 5 page 1s, then 5 page 2s and finally 5 page 3s.

I need it to print page 1-3 for item 1 then page 1-3 for item 2 etc..

If the form report is 3 page, it will only print 3 pages? Please post your sample report for clear understanding?
