how do you make the report engine show only 15 lines in the band height per page

I want my report to show only show 15 lines of results per page. Right now it is showing 36 lines, how or where do I change this option?

Well you could play around with the size of the report and the of all elements size stays consistant you can figure it out that way. 
Or just add a page break and in the print when expression, let the page break print when REPORT_COUNT is > 15...
Should work.
