Query between dates range

In a report I am using date input from user to get data from between the dates provided. When I enter same dates as from and to dates, I dont get any results. The document is empty. But the query works seperately when run on oracle sql.

What is the exact problem here?

Are you using a date or a datetime ?

What Query syntax are you using ?

• date between $P{p_Start} and $P{p_End}
• $X{BETWEEN,date,p_Start,p_End}
