JasperIO StudioPreview Empty

Hello,

I've installed JasperIO for Windows on my computer, it can be started and is working. Also I installed Studio 7.2 Professional and created an Project "JasperIO" which has Repository Type JasperReportsIO. I added a folder "Repository". I also set the path in Properties as "C:JaspersoftWorkspaceJasperIORepository". Now I created a simple report as shown in your video tutorials. I did this first without a datasource, and didn't forget to set "When No Data Type" to "All Sections No Detail". When I want to look at it in "Preview" it just keeps gray. There is no error message. I also tried a report with data source, with equal result. What could be the problem?
