Cascade input control showing only one row instead of multiple rows

Jaspersoft Studio 6.4.2

I have a Cascade input control and the second field is based on the value I select from the first query.

I get only ONE row in the second field but it was supposed to be more than one value

Example:

Country : India, USA

AND $X{IN, country,country_input}

On the State field, I get only one value.  Example:  Karnataka.  I supposed to get all the states from both India and USA.

Even , I selected only one country, it displayed onlye one state.

Am I Missing something?

Any help/pointer is greatly appreciated

I resolved the issue.  There was some problem with the SQL query.
