How to remove space b/w group and detail band.

I have created group in that group footer i am doing sum of values.so i have some repeted values in my requirement so made isPrintRepeatedValues="false" and print when group changes.so repeting values are hiding but there is lot of space b/w my detail band and group footer.so how to solve this.

Could try and make the elements 1 px in size as hidden elements still take up space. 
And then just select relevant Stretch Type and maybe awell stretch with Overflow. 

If you still have issue maybe add subreport with given fields to be hidden and hide the subreport in the above mentioned way. 
So if it is to hide, it only takes up 1px and if not it will strecth and display values.
