How to show Chat Of Accounts of Software In Single Report

dear experts

i am new in this community so plese guide me. i have created new java software and my software has 10 accounts in 

difrent tables (customers(2),employees(2),shipper(3),suppliers(3)) so i want to show chart of account is single report 

with table name but when i try that 's show me all tables data in one colum so plese tell me solution
