I attempted to install Jaspersoft Studio-CE_6.21.2_windows_x86_64.exe, but encountered a Network communication error which prevented the installation from progressing. Do I need to change any settings, such as the firewall, in order to fix this issue? Could you please provide guidance on the Network communication requirements?

We have confirmed that the libraries related to JasperReport 6.21.2 can operate with Tomcat9 (Java11) if they are downgraded to their initial versions that correspond to 6.21.2. Which version should we be using in the first place? For the following libraries, we have confirmed operation on Tomcat9 (Java11): commons-collections4-4.2.jar commons-logging-1.1.1.jar ecj-3.21.0.jar openpdf-1.3.32.jar For the following libraries, we have NOT confirmed operation on Tomcat9 (Java11), but confirmed operation on Tomcat9 (Java17): commons-collections4-4.4.jar commons-logging-1.3.1.jar ecj-3.37.0.jar openpdf-2.0.2.jar Please note our environment is as follows: Servlet container: Weblogic14.1.1.0 (Java11) OS: Windows Server 2019 RDBMS: Oracle19c 19.15.0.0 (64bit)
