When using columns to split my report into 2 sections, the fields in detail band in the 2nd column starts from over the top of Group Header band, which leads to overlapping the detail band fields with Group Header fields. How can I restrict the column to only the detail band?

I have TIBCO Jaspersoft® Studio 6.18.1 and I want to encode the ARIAL font in PDF also I have my Java Code written in SpringtoolSuite4.2 , The Arial font is not getting bold or italic anything , could someone please for making it BOLD in reports.
