I was forced through Ransomware on our legacy Jasper Server which was running on Windows server 2012 and old Jasper version but luckily had the configuration backup of Jasper.
I have set up a temporary Jasper server on Windows 2016 server and have imported the configs.
All reports are showing and most are working, just some needing some tweaks, but the main problem is the download function does not work and some of the buttons are placed in weird spots as well as some labels missing on the GUI itself.
It is like the Download options are disabled as clicking on them does nothing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
