Is there way to confirm iReport 5.6.0 supports mysql Ver 8.0.30 for Win64 on x86_64 (MySQL Community Server - GPL)?

I can run iReport-5.6.0 in JRE7 but in higher version, it just flash and close. Is there way to solve?
