Hi gdubClog, ignore pagination is unchecked it that report

Hi I am attempting to design a report in Jaspersoft Studio. The end goal is to export the report into an Excel file (xlsx) in multiple sheets based on departments. I am using Oracle HR schema. I am trying to show employees in each department and the sheet name should dynamically generate with the employee's department name. It works fine EXCEPT in the case when the group spans multiple pages. In such cases, the group is split into multiple sheets. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
