Hi, i identified why jasper server have different result between html viewer and the pdf format: - in html viewer, the browser make the job and read correctly that this phone photo is landscape format BUT with an Exif Orientation Property "Rotate 90 CW" - PDF, Word... jasper exporter don't read and use this Exif property orientation, so the orientation picture is always landscape when the real orientation is Portrait. is there a parameter in PDF Exporter to force it to read and applicate this property ? is there a jar to update in the server ? Hi, i have photos loaded in the report from Server 7.8 or 8.1.1. Photos are blob in postgres and the jasper type field in JSStudio is byte. With JSStudio : With JSStudio photo ara lways well oriented and respect original orientation portrait or landscape with java view or pdf export. With Jasper Server Reports 7.8 or 8.1.1 : In html view photos respect orignial orientation portrait or landscape. but PDF export turn systematically the picture to landscape very frustrating. is there a parameter to preserve photo orientation when export a report server in PDF ? i know the workaround to turn photos before loade. but in my case, it's not possible, too much photos are automatically loaded in the sgbd without human control.
