What worked for us was to add the following in the proxy in the ssl.conf file. /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf timeout=2400 KeepAlive=On So your proxy would look something like below, where the 999.999.999.999 is your server ip address <Location /jasperserver-pro> # PRODUCTION PROXY ProxyPass http://999.999.999.999:8080/jasperserver-pro timeout=2400 KeepAlive=On ProxyPassReverse http://999.999.999.999:8080/jasperserver-pro </Location>
