  1. Hopefully, one last question. It would make sense that the community versions are not entitled to support as they are not commercial products. However, do they have "end of life" date where the JasperSoft community would indicate (recommend) that a given version no longer be used.
  2. Thanks for your answer. However, I am still a bit unclear. The link you provided only talk about JasperReports Server and JasperReports IO Professional. As well, based on this page: https://community.jaspersoft.com/project/jaspersoft-studio/releases JasperSoft Studio is currently at version 6.20.3. Which versions of JasperSoft Stuido are MainStream versions and which ones are LTS versions. Or does it mean that because the current version of JasperSoft Studio is under 8.x, the support release model you are talking about does not apply.
  3. Hi, I have been asked to determine the end of life dates for the JasperSoft Studio and JasperSoft Library products. From what I can tell, based on this page: https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/product-end-life-dates It mentions the following: How is End of Life Support date calculated? As described in The End of Life support Policy page Jaspersoft supports a product for 2 years after the release date of the following major release (first 2 numbers of the version). So for example to calculate the end of life of version 6.2.0, you will need to look at the release date of version 6.3 (6.2.1 wasn't a major release). Is this the correct way to determine for the end of life date for Jaspersoft Studio and Jaspersoft Library. The reason why I am asking is that we have found another page: https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/jaspersoft-product-version-end-life-schedule Which mentions specific dates for a given version and I think it only refers to JasperReports Server. Thanks, Joel
