  1. Hello Rajesh, I've tried playing with individual elements but not all of them at once. I have also tried to change the size of the page and I still got the same issue. would you recommend just shrinking the bands altogether?
  2. Hello, I am working on a report which should have a single page, yet for some reason it is creating an additional page with all of the same data. I am not proficient in jasper studio so help and or guidance on what options to look at will be appreciated
  3. Hi, I've a reported exported from a jasper server that I need to modify, so I export it to jaspersoft studio and change a few of the text fields. The problem comes when I try to export the report and publish it to the server, I get this error. org.apache.http.client.HttpResponseException: status code: 400, reason phrase: illegal.parameter.value.error Invalid JRXML at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.protocol.restv2.RESTv2ExceptionHandler.handleErrorDescriptor(RESTv2ExceptionHandler.java:129) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.protocol.restv2.RESTv2ExceptionHandler.handleException(RESTv2ExceptionHandler.java:62) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.protocol.restv2.ARestV2ConnectionJersey.toObj(ARestV2ConnectionJersey.java:49) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.protocol.restv2.RestV2ConnectionJersey.addOrModifyResource(RestV2ConnectionJersey.java:643) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.protocol.ProxyConnection.addOrModifyResource(ProxyConnection.java:350) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.publish.Publish.publishResources(Publish.java:191) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.publish.Publish.publish(Publish.java:67) at com.jaspersoft.studio.server.publish.wizard.Publish2ServerWizard$3.run(Publish2ServerWizard.java:310) at org.eclipse.jface.operation.ModalContext$ModalContextThread.run(ModalContext.java:122) The server lists its version as 6.4.2 and the version of jaspersoft studio is the latest, I thought that saving the report with version 6.4.0 would solve the issue, which it didn't. I've also tried to upload the jrxml manually via the server's web interface and there it gives me a vague "xml is invalid" error. I don't know if this is an issue with versions or if I edited the text fields in such way that makes the xml invalid. I have attached the jrxml just in case. edit: I followed this and managed to solve my issue. https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/studio-error-illegalparametervalueerror-when-you-have-textfield-isstretchwithoverflow-true
