I'm tyring to create calculated measures for the year 2018 for tickets that have been opened, of those that are closed, and what remians still open per month. I'm trying to use the calculated measure creator in Jaspersoft Server within the Ad Hoc report. Anything I have attempted has returned a true/false answer and I have been unable to find how to identify what is Active and what is not and calculate the totals for each. I am very new to Jaspersoft Server and am not sure of the proper format for writing calculated measures.
