We have JasperServer Pro and we can make cross-tabs sort by groups but tables won't sort. We have used the sort definition dialog to identify the column to sort by and even though we save it, the table won't sort and if we reopen the sort dialog the column no longer shows as selected for sort. We tried saving the table and viewing it but the sort is not saved and it has the same behavior if we try to define the sort order in view mode. Does anyone have any ideas on what we could try?

Thank you, hozawa. I had completed the steps that you suggested but get the error when I try to test the connection.

I added a new server connection in JasperStudio to our JasperServer. We use a CAS SSO which I defined in the connection definition. When I test the connection it gets an error. When I right click on it and Open in Browser it opens just fine. Does anyone have any ideas?
