  1. I have a set of around 20 reports that I want to run per user. I want the users to be able to access jasper studio and run their reports but not be able to access other user's reports. The solution I came up with was to have a role for each user on jasper server with permission to access a single folder. For each user I then created a folder that they can access and in the folder I placed all my 20 reports. For each report I manually changed the userId parameter using jasper studio. (I have a requirement to not ask users to input their own id, so I set as a default value in the parameter and I don't prompt for a value) So, my question is: Is there a better / more efficient way to handle the scenario above? Do I really need to have one folder per user and copy the 20 reports every time I create a new user? And is there a way to run a batch update on the parameter values instead of manually opening each report on jasper studio and modifying the values?
