Thanks for your advice. However, in https://community.jaspersoft.com/sites/default/files/docs/jaspersoft_platform_support_v_7.1_0.pdf , page 12, at the bottom of the footnote, it mentioned that "14*JSS OpenJDK is not supported in Jaspersoft Studio". I not quite sure whether this constraint apply to Studio v6.6 or not. Although the document is for v7.1, I am now using Studio 6.6 as I could not find where to download Studio 7.1 and also I could not find the document for v6.6.

Due to the new license scheme in Java in 2019, is it still free to use the jre 1.8 u171 embedded in Jasper Studio in my commerical company please?
