Hi There, Is it possible to use XLS/XLSx files as datasource and also change it on the fly using jaspersoft? We want to achieve the functionality that Tableau provides related to using excel files.

Hi All, We are using visualize.js to embedd reports in our application. Reports have hyperlink redirecting to another report. Everything works fine on all browsers except on ipda Safari. Hyperlink are not clickable on safari. Has anybody faced such issue. what could be the resolution?

Hi there, We are using visualize js to embedd jasper report in our application. We have options to download report in PDF and EXCEL. There is a table in summary band of the report which has column headers. When we download EXCEL report column headers are repeated page wise (same as PDF). Is there a way we can ignore pagination or show column headers only once in EXCEL format. Thanks

Locale specific number/currency format

Hi Peter, Yes I want the standard format way. I have applied text field expression as new java.text.DecimalFormat("#,##0.00").format($F{}) but when I can locale from EN to DE or vice versa it does not change anything. What could go wrong in this way? -

Hi There, We have embedded jasper reports in our application using Visualize JS. Our application supports 2 languages EN and DE. So when user selects any of the language we want the jasper report to also be available in same locale. Can anyone please suggest how we can achieve this. Thanks

Hi, When I am exporting my report containing table to xls format it is distorted i.e cell mapping to my columns is not correct . What can be done to properly fit my table columns with excel report.

Hi there, I am new to Jaspersoft studio. I am using jaspersoft 6.4.3Final community version. I have a requirement where in I need to change my currency / number format based on locale selected by user. I know we can use resource bundle for text changes but not able to find information on changing/formatting currency/number based on locale. If user selects 'en' format should be different and when selects 'es' it should be different. Can you please help me achieve this. Thanks
