We are using Jasper Server 7.2 When we export the dashboard to PNG it work fine, but when we are exporting the dashboard to PDF it gives Internal Server Error, I found the below error in jasperserver.log Caused by: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: Method org/apache/tomcat/dbcp/dbcp/DelegatingPreparedStatement.setBinaryStream(ILjava/io/InputStream;J)V is abstract at org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.DelegatingPreparedStatement.setBinaryStream(DelegatingPreparedStatement.java) Is there any configuration need to do or any solution?
