  1. Hey Sadi, did you get the driver to work? I am currently struggling to find a driver for InfluxDB. I think there is only one on Github, but I do not know how to use ist correctly, since Jasper wants .jar files and the Github Repo only consists of .java files.
  2. Hey there, recently we switched our Icinga2 from MySQL to InfluxDB. Sadly, there is no standard JDBC driver implemented in Jasper Studio, I only found this driver on Github influxdb-java. Jasper Studio wants .jar files when looking for the driver-file-path but the repository only consists of .java files. How can I setup this driver for my JasperStudio use? Or are there other drivers I should use? Thanks guys!
  3. Hi there, I am using Icinga2 to monitor a few hosts. Some of these hosts provide a service (e.g. Internet access) and in case they have problems functioning, backup hosts still trie to provide the service. In my report I want to display the time the Internet service was provided or the percentage of the time the Internet was not reachable. I hope you get what I mean :) Icinga web 2 has a module which does just that, sadly, the numbers can't be accessed because they are not stored in some database. How do I get these numbers into my report? Thanks!
  4. Qestion see title. I am not a DB-guy and I need a few availability values from some of my hosts. There is no manual how to use the availability function regarding parameters etc. Can somebody help me? Thanks
  5. Hello there, folks! I am currently trying to create a report for a few hosts from icinga (not icinga2!), together with some relevant monitoring data, like availability etc. Also, I am pretty new to Jasper products and icinga. When I tried to import the MySQL-database to Jaspersoft Studio, the program freezes (or at least works for 10+ hours, until I cancelled). The JasperServer needs a .jrxml file to work, which I tried to create using iReport. Here I managed to create a simple template in which host names and IDs are taken via query from the db. Now, getting the actual monitoring data into the report proves to be difficult for me. We are using pnp4nagios to draw graphs in the icinga web interface. This data is stored in an rrd-database, which I am not able to add as source/work with. What am I getting wrong? In the icinga-db are only entries with host names, IDs and more but not what I am looking for. Is the monitoring data stored elsewhere? Is the rrd-db only for pnp4nagios? How can i work with the actual monitoring data? I uploaded a picture I drew in Paint, which shows what I imagine the report to look like: https://imgur.com/a/hdsjO Thank you in advance!
