  4. good afternoon asked for your kind support as I currently have Jasper Server 6.3 installed and when I open a reprte in Internet Explorer 11 I do not run it is left working and does not show any result. According to the compatibility matrix this browser is supported for this version, I did tests testing the same report with chrome and firefox and it works without problem, even remove the comparability but I still get the same result.
